I have bought this as a gift for my son, who works out a lot, I’ve only just given it to him as a birthday gift, so can’t really review this item .
Great product, lovely cooling effect for sore muscles
not long started using it, but so far so good, no restless, sore legs in bed
My whole sporty family use this, definitely aids recovery after running or cycling and leaves skin super soft!

I love the shower gel after a workout, it smells amazing & it feels like it does what it says it will. The moisturiser is gorgeous & the shampoo/conditioner in one is lovely as well. I’ll definitely be buying more when this order runs out.
