I bought a gift set for my grandson who absolutely loved everything in the box. His favourite was the muscle cooling shower gel; he said it left him feeling really clean and fresh and the smell was very nice too. He also thought the clips on the pouches were a brilliant idea. My reason for giving only 4*, is the internal packaging could have been better. The box itself is lovely but the two pieces of brown paper, torn from a large roll, and used as packing material, really didn't look great for giving this as a present; I needed to buy tissue paper to make the box and contents more 'gift-like'.
My gym coach, Scotty Russell, recommended the Body Rebuild to me when I was complaining about upper body pain.
Daily use and I’m already feeling a difference. Highly recommend.

We have bought a full kit for both our sons for last Christmas and they loved it so much we got them another one for their Birthdays.
I have written several reviews on my buys --- all saying the same . They were presents so I personally have no idea what they are like --- so sorry cant help
I ordered 2 shower kits for my sons but only got one gift box so was disappointed .
So good I use it before and after runs, so helps with any kind of soreness
As they are presents they have not been used yet, they look really good though
Bought to see if it would help with perimenopausal aches and skin issues and it’s been excellent- skin is much improved and I believe that the aches, joint pain etc has also been reduced. Only wish they’d bring out a bath soak with cbd in!

I am an old runner starting again but a little over confident and injured my ankle and knees . This magnesium body rub was an absolute game changer. I was up running after using it At night and in the morning - it is great.

I first used these products last year after being given them as a birthday gift as I am both a gym user and keen walker. They are presented and packed really well and not only make a lovely gift but are really nice to use. Following my experience I decided to purchase my sister in law (who runs regularly and does a lot of half marathons) shower gel and body moisturiser for her birthday. I had slight issues with the delivery going astray so had to contact the company for assistance. My emails were very quickly answered and the issue sorted immediately - so a great after sales service too if ever required. I can highly recommend both the products and the company!

I, myself, haven't used the product but my grandson loves it all. He tells me it feels great and it smells great! Fit Kit is my 'go to' for gifts for the boys! The delivery is super quick too!
