Lovely smell and surprisingly not much needed. It seems to help after a long run, my legs are not as tired and generally fatigued. I would definitely recommend this product, in fact I have just ordered some more.
This was the first time I’d used any fit kit products and what I’ve been missing is a product that hits the spot. The cooling sensation literally takes the heat of your legs after a hard run / ride. So good the lady wife is now into it and is equally impressed by how much better her legs feel post exercise. Will be ordering items in the rest of their range soon enough
I use this after most runs and workouts. It does seem to be helping! Maybe a small size of 100ml would also be great for travel purposes. Highly recommend this. Bought one for my friend too!
