You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if you get in touch before it’s shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, we’re happy to refund the cost of unwanted products as long as they’re returned within 14 working days of delivery, in their original, unopened condition. - Something not right?
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll refund both the product and delivery cost once returned.
Please note: return postage costs are not covered unless your item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage in case your parcel doesn’t reach us.
