You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if you get in touch before it’s shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, we’re happy to refund the cost of unwanted products as long as they’re returned within 14 working days of delivery, in their original, unopened condition. - Something not right?
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll refund both the product and delivery cost once returned.
